This place is amazing! Loved the adults-only pool and the stunning beachfront. Tried snorkeling and beach volleyball, both fantastic! The Indian restaurant was a culinary treat.

Comfortable room, excellent amenities, enjoyed the stunning sea view from our junior suite and the friendly staff who provided exceptional service throughout our stay, along with easy beach access and a beautiful swimming pool.

The east coast experience is marred by strong winds that could make it feel colder than it should, and unfortunately, the pools aren't heated, so they're less inviting. Food prices are on the high side for portions and quality, making extra meals feel overpriced. The beach sand is grainy and includes plenty of coral, prompting a recommendation for protective footwear since sea urchins and stones might spoil a barefoot stroll. Plus, room access isn't fully secure as you can't lock the beach access door from inside without exiting through the front, which feels like an oversight when paying for such a feature.

I had a great stay at this hotel, enjoying the warm hospitality of the staff and the stunning beach views. They were always attentive, and the food at the restaurants was consistently of high quality. I loved the variety of activities available, especially by the beach.

The staff was inattentive and dismissive at times, particularly in the dining area. I felt overlooked as a guest, experiencing a lack of service compared to others. It's frustrating when you're at a premium hotel yet receive poor attention and have to constantly seek assistance.

We loved the beautiful beach and the amazing activities for our kids. The staff really went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. A personal highlight was Aerial Yoga sessions, which my teenagers enjoyed! The buffet had diverse options that everyone in our family loved.

My kids wished there were heated pools, as the weather was windy and chilly, making swimming hard. It would be great if they enhanced the pool experience for families.

The resort offers a fantastic range of facilities, including a well-maintained Junior Suite that met our expectations. Staff members were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the diverse dining options available, especially the quality of the all-inclusive menu. The beachfront was stunning, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere.

However, I felt that some areas could use more attention to detail.

The beachfront junior suite featured stunning ocean views and a generous pillow menu for personalized comfort. Dining options were excellent, with standout dishes made from local organic products, particularly at the Japanese restaurant. However, the Sega night entertainment could benefit from enhancement, and some areas felt crowded during peak meal times. Although the staff were generally attentive, it occasionally took a while to receive service, especially poolside.

Family-friendly but pricey experience

The beach was a stunning view, l spent hours there watching the waves. Also, the service at the main restaurant was top-notch, they surprised my daughter with a birthday cake, that made her day.

It wasn't cheap, but it was still acceptable.
